Ingredients
- Espresso stovetop pot
- Water
- Good quality espresso
- Sugar (optional)
Instructions
- 1. Fill the bottom part of the coffee maker to the release steam valve.
- 2. Place the funnel part of the maker in the water.
- 3. Add your ground espresso coffee without pressing down and fill to create a small mound.
- 4. Place the top part on and turn to close tightly but not too tight otherwise tough to open to clean.
- 5. Place on medium heat. Be careful that the plastic handle is not over the flame or it will melt.
- 6. I also fill my coffee server with water and on low heat, I keep it warm until coffee is ready.
- 7. Drain the water from the server and add your ready coffee with sugar to taste.
- 8. Serve IMMEDIATELY because espresso needs to hot to be perfect.
- If you don’t sugar the coffee just proceeds to serve once is ready in the stovetop pot.
- Enjoy!
- This is how we do it in Naples!

- -Now leave to air dry and do not store put together because this will create mold in the bottom part of the pot.
