5 1 1/2 lbs Live lobsters each. 600 grams each
1/2 cup Extra virgin olive oil
3 large Cloves garlic
1 can 28 oz San Marzano tomatoes 800 grams
1 can 14 oz Cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup White wine
1 to 2 lbs Pasta linguine or Spaghetti 450 to 900 grams- (You can use lobster tails only).
1 Dried chili pepper or hot pepper flakes (optional)
Salt to taste
