Chili Oil – Crushed chili peppers preserved in Olive oil
Hot red chili pepper olive oil recipe – Simple Olive Oil with Red Peppers – Olio Santo (Perfect to drizzle over pasta Fagioli or any of your favorite food). Great and easy way to make it and keep it for a very long time.
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons crushed hot red chili flakes
In a small bottle or jar combine the 2 ingredients. Shake well to mix properly. Store in a cool, dark place.
