Orecchiette with Broccoli

Ingredients
- 1 lb Orecchiette pasta
- 1 lb Broccoli florets
- 5 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 4 cloves Garlic sliced
- 3 filet Anchovies
- 1/2 tsp Red chili flakes You can add or remove as desired.
- Pecorino Romano cheese as desired
- Salt as desired
Instructions

Bring to a boil a large pot filled with water. Add salt and broccoli. Place lid on and bring back to a boil. Now add orecchiette and cook until al dente.

In a large sauté pan add oil, garlic, anchovies and chili flakes. Sauté on medium heat careful not to burn garlic. Add a ladle of pasta water to stop frying.

Remove pasta and broccoli and add directly to sauté pan. Continue stirring and adding a ladle or more of pasta water.

Mix constantly until broccoli is all well incorporated with orecchiette creating a smooth creamy mixture.

Serve hot with lots of fresh grated Pecorino Romano cheese.
