Lobster roll sandwich recipe

Ingredients

  • 8 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 lbs fresh Maine lobsters steamed
  • 8 to 12 soft lobster bread rolls
  • 3 to 5 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 5-8 celery stalks (use the
  • Small bunch of cilantro
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Fresh cracked black pepper

Instructions

  • 1. With the help of a nutcracker crack the shell of lobsters and remove meat.(Be very careful not to leave small pieces of the shell).
  • 2. Once all the lobster meat has been removed cut into small bite-size pieces.
  • 3. Wash your celery and chop.
  • 4. In a large bowl mix the lobster meat, mayonnaise, chopped cilantro, chopped celery, lime juice, and fresh cracked pepper.
  • 5. Let it chill for about an hour.
  • 6. Fill your rolls with the lobster salad and serve with lime wedges.
