Ingredients

  • 9 pieces of chicken (legs & thighs)
  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 4 small lemons (squeezed to create 2/3 cup of lemon juice)
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • Salt as per your taste
  • Black pepper as per your taste
  • 1/4 tsp of dry mint leaves
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp of oregano
  • 1/8 cup of olive oil or if you're using skinless chicken, then use 1/4 cup (40ml)
