Ingredients

  • 2/3 cups Basmati rice, washed, soaked and gently crushed with your hands (140 grams)
  • 8 cups Whole Milk (2 liters)
  • 1 can condensed milk 14 ounces (400 grams)
  • 1/3 cup slivered almonds (50 grams)
  • 1/3 cup pistachios (unsalted) (50 grams)
  • 1/3 cup dried golden raisins (50 grams)
  • 10 or so Saffron threads in a tablespoon hot milk optional
