Ingredients

For the cake|Pan Di Spagna

  • 2 cups "All Purpose flour" sifted (300 grams) *should be sifted to eliminate and prevent lumps that would weigh down the batter
  • 1 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar (300 grams)
  • 6 large eggs at room temperature
  • Zest of a Lemon
  • Pinch of salt

For Whipped Cream

  • 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream (480 ml)
  • 1/8 cup Granulated Sugar (20 grams)

For Strawberries

  • 2 lbs Fresh Strawberries
  • 1/8 cup Granulated Sugar (20 grams)
  • Juice of 2 Lemon
  • Zest of a Lemon
