Ingredients
- (For 4 people).
- 3 large Tomatoes
- 1/4 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil or more
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 16Â Green Castelvetrano pitted olives
- Frisellina/wheat biscuit/day old bread
- Fresh Basil
- Salt per your taste
Instructions

Purée the ripest tomato in a food processor until smooth in consistency. Pour in a large serving bowl and adjust salt.

Slice the tomatoes and add it to purée.

Cut bred or break the frisellina/wheat biscuit to bite size pieces.

Add all ingredients to the purée.

Let it sit for 30 minutes before serving.
