Walnut Chocolate Cookies | How to make this special cookies for the holidays.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar (285 g)
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened Dutch-process cocoa powder(75 g)
  • 1/8 tsp salt 
  • 3 large egg white, at room temperature 
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract 
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts (100 g)  Makes 24 cookies & 5 points on WW program 

Instructions

  • In a large bowl mix sugar, cocoa and salt, using a whisk mix until all well combined.
  • Add egg white and using a handheld slowly start mixing. Pick up speed until creamy and smooth.
  • Fold in walnuts.
  • On a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper scoop (I use an ice cream scooper)  24 cookies keeping an inch apart.
  • Bake at 350°F/180°C for 12 to 15 minutes.
  • Enjoy!
