Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar (285 g)
- 3/4 cup unsweetened Dutch-process cocoa powder(75 g)
- 1/8 tsp saltÂ
- 3 large egg white, at room temperatureÂ
- 2 tsp vanilla extractÂ
- 1 cup chopped walnuts (100 g)Â Â Makes 24 cookies & 5 points on WW programÂ
Instructions

In a large bowl mix sugar, cocoa and salt, using a whisk mix until all well combined.

Add egg white and using a handheld slowly start mixing. Pick up speed until creamy and smooth.

Fold in walnuts.

On a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper scoop (I use an ice cream scooper)Â Â 24 cookies keeping an inch apart.

Bake at 350°F/180°C for 12 to 15 minutes.
