Ingredients
- 1 lbs. Pasta short type is best
- 1/4 cup Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lbs. Colorful cherry tomatoes
- 1 lbs. Burrata
- 1 clove Fresh garlic
- 1/2Â CUPÂ Fresh basil leaves
- Salt as per desire
- Cracked black pepper as per desire
Instructions

Fill a large pot filled with water. Bring to a boil. Add salt. Be generous with the salt. Add your pasta and drain al dente. Cool under cold water and drain. Set aside.

Combine basil ( retain some leaves for decoration)and garlic clove and using a mortar and pestle cream to a thin consistency like pesto.

Cut tomatoes in half and place in a bowl. Add the pesto, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.

Cut the burrata and stir to combine. Add the cooled pasta.

Adjust the salt and pepper and serve.
