Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken spatchcocked
- 2 cups pineapple juice
- 2 tsp ancho peppers powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp sweet paprika
- 1 tsp oregano
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp garlic powder or 2 cloves garlic creamed with a little salt
- Fresh cracked black pepper
Instructions

In a large plastic bag or bowl combine all ingredients. Place the chicken in and let it marinate at least 12 hours.

Remove chicken and pat it dry.

Grill on barbecue at 375°F (190°C) for about an hour.

Use a meat thermometer to check that the thickest part of chicken has reached 165°F.Enjoy!!
