Bring to boil a large pot with water and salt add your pasta. Boil just under al dente.

In a large sauté pan add oil, garlic and chili pepper sauté on medium heat and careful not to burn garlic.

Add tuna and stir. As it changes color add wine and let it evaporate.

Add the cherry tomatoes and basil. Let it cook for about 5 minutes. ( The tuna cooks quickly so time it with the cooking of the pasta). Retain a cup of pasta water.

Drain pasta and add to sauté pan. Stir for about a minute and add a little of the pasta water if needed.

Plate and garnish with basil.
