Ingredients
Warm Salad
- 1 lb of fresh string beansÂ
- 1 lb of potatoesÂ
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive
- Salt to taste
Cold Salad
- 1 lb  of fresh string beans
- 1 lb of potatoesÂ
- 1/2 lb of cherry tomatoesÂ
- 1 small red onion
- 3 tablespoons of extra virgin oliveÂ
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegarÂ
Instructions
Warm Salad

In a large pot bring water to a boil.

Add string beans and salt.

Cook them until desired tenderness.

In another pot bring water to a boil and cook the potatoes until tender.

Add oil and sliced garlic in a bowl and add the hot drained string beans and potatoes.

Mix to coat the oil evenly and serve immediately.
Cold Salad
-
Cook the string beans and potatoes as per the instructions above.

Drain and let it cool completely before adding the remaining ingredients.

Chill until ready to serve.
