Ingredients

Coffee syrup:-

  • 2 cups freshly brewed espresso coffee (500 ml)
  • 3 tbsp sugar to put in the espresso coffee
  • 3 tbsp Kahlua liqueur/Tia Maria/Brandy/Marsala optional

For the Whipped cream:-

  • 16 ounces of heavy whipping cream (480 ml)
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar (70 Grams)
  • 7 egg yolks
  • 2/3 cup of granulated sugar (135 grams)
  • 1 pound Mascarpone Cheese (453 grams)
  • 3.5 ounces dark chocolate bar (100 grams)
  • Cocoa for dusting about 1/3 cup (70 grams)
  • Cook the egg yolks until they reach 154-158 degrees F or 68-70 degrees C
