#1 – In a medium saucepan add all the above ingredients and bring to a boil.

#2 – Skim the top of any foam forms and boil for about 25 minutes.

#3 – Strain the strawberries out through a colander.

#4 – Try not to press on the strawberries otherwise, your syrup will be cloudy.

#5 – Store in a mason jar in your refrigerator.
