How to make risotto

Risotto:-

  • 8 cups chicken stock
  • 2 cups arborio rice (400 grams )
  • 1 pinch saffron threads
  • 4 tbsp butter (50 grams)
  • 1 medium yellow onions, minced
  • 1 cup dry white wine (240 ml)
  • 2 ounces Parmigiano Reggiano (50 grams)

To serve:

  • freshly ground black pepper
  • Parmesan cheese (or other hard cheese)
