How to make risotto
Risotto:-
- 8 cups chicken stock
- 2 cups arborio rice (400 grams )
- 1 pinch saffron threads
- 4 tbsp butter (50 grams)
- 1 medium yellow onions, minced
- 1 cup dry white wine (240 ml)
- 2 ounces Parmigiano Reggiano (50 grams)
To serve:
- freshly ground black pepper
- Parmesan cheese (or other hard cheese)
