Ravioli Pasta Salad | Warm Ravioli Salad

Instructions

  • 1. In a large pot filled with cold water add salt and bring to a boil on high heat.
  • 2. Once it boils add your ravioli and follow cooking instructions on the package.
  • 3. Cut in small cubes all the vegetables and put in a large mixing bowl.
  • 4. Cut your mozzarella in small cubes and set aside.
  • 5. Once ravioli is cooked drain and let them cook off but not completely.
  • 6. Add to your vegetables and combine them.
  • 7. Now add your mozzarella and extra virgin olive oil and mix until all combine.
  • 8. Add a little salt if needed and a good cracking of black pepper.
  • 9. Garnish with fresh chopped basil and serve warm.
