Ingredients

Pizza Dough (For 2 small Pizza's)

  • 3 3/4 cups bread flour (500 grams).
  • 1 1/4 cups water (270 ml) at 43-45° degrees Fahrenheit.
  • 1/2 packet of dry yeast (4 grams).
  • 2 tsp salt (10 grams).
  • 3 full tbsp. extra virgin olive oil.
  • 1 tsp sugar

Pizza Sauce

  • 14 ounces chopped plum tomatoes in a can (200 grams)
  • 1/2 tsp salt.
  • 1 pound fresh mozzarella cubed (450 grams).
  • Pecorino Romano or Parmigiano Reggiano to sprinkle on top.
  • Basil to garnish.
  • Extra virgin olive oil to drizzle

Instructions

Preparing Pizza Dough Steps:-

  • Mix yeast in water and sugar, wait for the surface of the mixture becomes foamy or bubbly, then the yeast is active and
  • can be added to the other ingredients according to the rceipe (takes approx. 10 minutes).
  • Mix remaining ingredients and work it by hand for (approx. 10 minutes) or if you have an electric mixer use hook attachment for at least 10 minutes.
  • Place your dough in a grease bowl and let it rise until it double in size.
  • Once, it has risen, your dough is ready for Pizza. Follow the rest of the steps in the video.
