Cutlets:-

  • 1 lb chicken bread tenderloins(450 grams)
  • 1 egg lightly beaten
  • 1 1/2 cups unflavored bread crumbs
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cracked pepper to taste

Potato chips:-

  • 4 or more medium potatoes

For frying:-

  • 2 cups oil vegetable/canola/sunflower

For Serving:-

  • Lemon wedges optional
