Ingredients
- 8 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 lbs fresh Maine lobsters steamed
- 8 to 12 soft lobster bread rolls
- 3 to 5 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 5-8 celery stalks (use the
- Small bunch of cilantro
- Juice of 1 lime
- Fresh cracked black pepper
Instructions

1. With the help of a nutcracker crack the shell of lobsters and remove meat.(Be very careful not to leave small pieces of the shell).

2. Once all the lobster meat has been removed cut into small bite-size pieces.

3. Wash your celery and chop.

4. In a large bowl mix the lobster meat, mayonnaise, chopped cilantro, chopped celery, lime juice, and fresh cracked pepper.

5. Let it chill for about an hour.

6. Fill your rolls with the lobster salad and serve with lime wedges.
