Ingredients

For the chicken:-

  • 1 to 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast
  • sliced (450 grams to 900 grams)
  • Juice of a lemon
  • Salt to taste
  • Extra virgin olive oil 1/4 cup (70 ml)

For the Tzatziki:-

  • 1 large cucumber cubed
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Half onion sliced thin
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cracked pepper to taste

For the Salad:-

  • Extra Virgin Olive oil 6 tsp or more
  • 6 tsp red wine vinegar or white vinegar
  • 1 head of Romaine lettuce cut small
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 4 peperoncino peppers
  • 16 plus Kalamata olives
  • Small red onion sliced thin
  • Feta cheese 1/4 cup or more
  • 15 ounces can chick peas (430 grams)
  • Salt to taste
