Ingredients
For the chicken:-

- Extra virgin olive oil 1/4 cup (70 ml)
For the Tzatziki:-
- 1 large cucumber cubed
- 2 cloves garlic
- Half onion sliced thin

- 6 tsp red wine vinegar or white vinegar
- 1 head of Romaine lettuce cut small
- 2 tomatoes
- 4 peperoncino peppers
- 16 plus Kalamata olives
- Small red onion sliced thin
- Feta cheese 1/4 cup or more
- 15 ounces can chick peas (430 grams)
