1. Wash and dry your calamari in cold water.

2. With a good pair of a kitchen, scissors cut the tubes in rounds.

3. In a small fryer or in a small pot add your oils and put on the stove on high heat.

4. Dry your cut tubes again and gently roll in the flour until well coated. Now gently shake off excess flour in a colander.

5. Once the oil has reached 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 Celsius) add your calamari and fry until golden.

6. Sprinkle on sea salt and squeeze some lemon and eat hot.
