Ingredients
- Recipe (For 6 to 8 people).
- 2 loaves of day-old Italian bread sliced in rounds
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil or more
- 2 cloves of garlic whole
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cracked black pepper to taste
Bruschetta
- 6/8 large plum tomatoes chopped
- 1 large red/white onion chopped
- Bunch of fresh basil chopped
- 2-4 hot green peppers (optional)
- 10-15 mixed olives chopped
- 1/4 extra virgin olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Oregano(optional)
Instructions
for bread for bruschetta:-

1. In a bowl combine oil, salt, and pepper.

2. Place the bread slices on a large cooking sheet lined with parchment paper.

3. With a pastry brush coat the bread slices with the oil. Bake at 375 until golden, usually about 15 minutes.

4. Remove from the oven and let them cool.

5. Remove the top from garlic clove and rub on each bread.

6. Set aside until bruschetta tomatoes are ready.
Bruschetta

1. In a large bowl combine all the ingredients from above.

2. Mix well, taste and adjust the salt.

3. Display the bread slices on a serving plate and add your bruschetta tomatoes before serving.

4. Garnish with basil leaves.
