BAKED CHICKEN BREAST & THIGH

Instructions

  • 1. Using a paper towel, grab the chicken skin, and pull off.
  • 2. There is a small indentation between the leg and thigh meat, cut right through that making 2 pieces.
  • 2. Choose which coating you will be making and combine the ingredients in a large bowl.
  • 3. Now add your chicken and coat evenly.
  • 4. One by one dip the chicken in the bread crumbs and coat evenly.
  • 5. On a large cookie sheet place, all your chicken in a row. Cook in a 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 Celsius) until golden. Usually 45 to 55 minutes.
  • 6. While the chicken is cooking, rinse yo, ur mushroom, and with a wet paper towel, remove any soil. Do not soak mushrooms in water.
  • 7. Slice the mushrooms as in a sauté pan on high heat let them release water.
  • 8. Once water released and evaporated, add your oil, garlic, and chopped parsley.

    Mushrooms are ready!
