Ingredients

  • 9 pieces Chicken (legs & thighs)
  • 4 medium Potatoes
  • 4 small Lemons (squeezed to create 2/3 cup of lemon juice)
  • 4 Cloves of garlic
  • 1/4 tsp Dry mint leaves
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1/8 cup Olive oil If you're using skinless chicken, then use 1/4 cup (40ml)
  • Salt as per your taste
