Chicken Adobo

Ingredients

EQUIPMENT

  • BBQ Grill
  • Bowl
  • Forks & Knife

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 Whole legs deboned
  • 1 Beer any brand you have on hand
  • 3 tbsp Orange Adobo (otherwise, you can make your own Adobo)
  • 1 tbsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  • In a large bowl combine all the ingredients.
  • Put back in the fridge and let the chicken marinate at least for 2 hours (best if you keep it overnight).
  • Heat your bbq grill in a range of 350 - 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Place the chicken in the grill skin down.
  • Grill the chicken till cook one side and then turn.
  • Grill the other till it is cooked
  • Garnish with Cilantro and orange slices.
