Ingredients

For Chicken

  • 1-2 lbs Boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • sliced Juice of a lemon 450 grams to 900 grams.
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup Extra virgin olive oil 70 ml

For Tzatziki

  • 1 large Cucumber sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 Onion sliced
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cracked pepper to taste

For the Salad:-

  • 1 head Romaine lettuce cut small
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 4 Peperoncino peppers
  • 16 Kalamata olives
  • 1 Small red onion sliced thin
  • 1/4 cup Feta cheese
  • 15 oz Chickpeas can 430 grams
  • 6 tsp Extra Virgin Olive oil
  • 6 tsp Red wine vinegar or white vinegar
